Grant Dolenz is a self-taught artist. Born in 1983 in Dodge City, Kansas (home of Wyatt Earp). Grant took to art as soon as he was able to hold a sketch simple faces. Throughout his early twenties, Grant developed an appreciation for his beautiful surroundings. He would often find himself staring off into the sunset's coloration. Years of artistic expression made it clear that Grant's life would be centered upon his passion for the arts, not only painting but possibly sculpting in the future. Grant is now an aspired professional full-time artist. He lives in Austin, Texas with his family and plans to take time out to enroll in some art classes to further put his skills to the challenge and continue to learn.
